LT44 COCKTAILBAR

Last weekend I went to LT44 cocktailbar in Knokke. The cocktail bar is the place to be for unique cocktails created by three young talents. Beside, you can also enjoy tasty tapas on culinary level. The cocktail bar is a creative idea of Sean and June Gobert. The cocktails are made one by one by Shane Hofman and Sean Gobert.

The bartender has all cocktails designed and they charted in their specialized map "Flora". The members/owners also give private workshops, here you can learn how to make a cocktail. A few months ago I had the chance to participate in a cocktail- making workshop. I knew nothing at all of cocktail-making itself. I am very glad I have been able to take part in this unique experience. We learned during the workshop several techniques such as shaking, stirring and decorate creative the cocktail.
